Kim began
her career in the escrow business with the current owner of
Citywide at Anna Roh Escrow. She worked first as receptionist,
then as an escrow assistant and ultimately built her own desk as
an escrow officer. In 1983, Kim left Anna Roh to open Citywide
Escrow. Since then, she has been working as an escrow officer and
is currently the office manager at Citywide. Kim firmly believes
customer service is an essential part of Citywide’s success. In
addition, she prides herself and her team on providing prompt and
friendly service to all of their clients.

has been in the escrow industry since 1979. She joined Citywide
Escrow's team in 1995 after 16 years with Alamitos Escrow in
Cerritos. Cheryl has extensive experience handling real estate
transactions (both residential and commercial), loan escrows and
1031 tax deferred exchanges. In addition, she handles bulk sales
involving the sale of franchises, including Denny's, Jiffy Lube,
El Pollo Loco, Wienerschnitzel, Jack in the Box and Sizzler
Restaurants. She prides herself in offering her clients excellent
customer service, coupled with friendly and efficient processing
of their transactions.
